what is the recipe of your secret stuffing?

In the last few nights I'd been cooking mostly Sichuan. Kong Pao tofu, mapo seitan.
could i receive your recipe for these dishes,
do you make your own blends of sichuan spice?what do you reccomend for brand spice?

The only part of a TV dinner our son won't touch
you should not feed these dinners to children under 14 years, hazardous to their health.

I just followed the recipes from the Chinese Vegan Kitchen:

The Chinese Vegan Kitchen: More Than 225 Meat-free, Egg-free, Dairy-free Dishes from the Culinary Regions o f China: Donna Klein: 9780399537707: Amazon.com: Books

Delicious and authentic, just meatless.

wherever i sit down my ars
kind of butting in here but was reminded of my mothers cornbread stuffing. It was a tradition on holidays. Cornbread, chopped onions and celery. Couple eggs and the giblets. seasoned with some salt. pepper and sage. I loved it with the turkey gravy. Mom was the best cook.
