That is how deep the US CULTURE of violence/ throats and guns has permeated the U.S. psyche now. Only the brainwashed behave this way. They are brainwashed from infancy about how great they are , and how others mean nothing and that violence is excusable. and a "right" They get a steady dose of violence via every media format available........ to the point they actually NEED that violence "fix"

They cannot handle criticism without getting defensive, angry and wanting to retaliate with poor impulse control. Many of these shootings are not planned......they are in the moment out of reactive rage. Mob think is a factor.

We are also seeing the very ugly side of social media....which is also an integrated part of the social norms. now Social media has the effect of group think.......as people seek out like minded types who reinforce their beliefs and ideation.

Reviewing the situations at Caledonia, Balitmore, Oka, etc, some (not all) groups have resorted to violent measures with serious consequences to those very communities in the name of discrimination, bigotry and/or racism.

Clearly, this is a complex circumstance(s), but the default position seems to boil down solely to someone else being the cause.

America has a culture of importing violence such is it,s bussiness expertise and are great manufacturers of weapons, much of the world wishes they would stay at home and be violent in thier own back yards. Thier lower budget domestic violence can,t really be called signifigant in consideration of thier offshore performances. It seems they will have to have a civil war to work things out. It might answer the questions about capacity for violence, will they eventually use cluster bombs on Chicago and LA? It seems voting in the freest most democratic nicest place in the solar system isn,t working.
