One thing's for sure, if the government is not supposed to get involved in domestic affairs and is the problem rather than the solution as Reaganites assert, then, using that same logic, government cannot solve problems overseas and has no business getting involved there as well.

Authorities name suspect in 'Golden State Killer' case, one of the worst unsolved crime sprees in U.S. history

More than 40 years after a serial rapist and killer began to terrorize Northern Californians, a suspect has been arrested in the "Golden State Killer" case, authorities said. Joseph James DeAngelo, 72, has been charged with two counts of murder, officials announced Wednesday.

Beginning in 1976, the Golden State Killer is believed to have raped dozens of women in their homes �� meticulously planning his intrusions, sometimes ambushing entire families, and killing several victims toward the end of his spree, before he vanished in 1986. All told, the FBI has said, ��this individual was responsible for approximately 45 rapes, 12 homicides, and multiple residential burglaries."
