The response to terrorism should never have been wars. That was so wrong it astonishes one. They could have got permission to go around to every nation where the original terrorists were from , followed up leads and if they resisted arrest.....killed them (IF they knew for certain who they were dealing with and had the evidence of their crimes.

.

You really haven't been paying attention, have you?

The Taliban rulers of Afghanistan were offered the chance to co-operate, to allow the arrest of bin Laden, to turn him over to the USA.

They refused.

When the USA tries to work with Pakistan on targeted operations against identified terrorists, the suspects usually....not sometimes but usually.......disappear immediately after the info is shared.

That is why they did NOT inform Pakistan about bin Laden.............

The Left has an uncanny ability to ignore reality.

actually they did not refuse. They itemized a few conditions that the US would not agree to. The US wanted it entirely on their terms. From what I recall, they were ready to get rid of him (mind you, not sure they even knew where he was ...even at that time......so the negotiations were shallow from the onset) as he was too hot a potato to hang on to. This is why it was no surprise to find out he had been living in Pakistan for a long time.

What if we did not have to use drones to remove someone remotely anymore? That we are on the verge of a major break through in micro-wave and laser technology. That we are catching up to what was science fiction.

Yeah... we weren't in a negotiating mood and did not feel like waiting for condition after condition which is par for the course in dealing with these morons. Stall, stall, stall.

At any rate I'm glad he's dead.

Queenie frequently referred to me as ''she'' but none of you objected, remember? I mentioned that he was only projecting his own lifestyle choices to me and then confessed to his orientation in his ''I'm Her, I'm Queer'' thread.

There you go... weaponizing homosexuality again.

Because I thought you were a chick. Based on the emotional nature, and lack of reasoning you used. You claimed you were a dude, and I stopped.

This is just another of your lies, and misrepresentations of the facts.

I mentioned that he was only projecting his own lifestyle choices to me and then confessed to his orientation in his ''I'm Her, I'm Queer'' thread.
Still having trouble reading/comprehending I see. Too many people, including myself have explained that thread to you now, and you still haven't the grey matter to grasp, it isn't what you consistently and erroneously refer to it as.

Now that's funny!!!

So how is it that you and others of your ilk find his continued attacks acceptable but hate it when I retaliate?
Oh I see, you use moral relativity to justify weaponizing homosexuality, because I mistook you for a woman?

Interesting. Speaking of double standards.

Double standards anyone??
You, OB and the rest of the usual suspects, would be the experts on double standards.

Of course. (double standards ) or no standards at all.
Yes, you would be an expert at that. Shouldn't you be condemning gopher for for weaponizing homosexuality?

Pay no heed to name callers.
You spend far to much time calling people names, to be crying about it ethically.

They define themselves by their destructive behavior to other posters/ members here. and are not worth the time or energy ...
Some people just aren't worth the energy or respect. You and your homosexual hating buddy are prime examples of people whose opinion is worth nothing more than what it gets.

furthermore: their minds are made up, don't confuse them with facts.
Can you post that again, using proper grammar?

Because I thought you were a chick.

Horse shït. We went through that crap enough times - you knew fully well all along that I am male and acknowledged it previously. Further, one of your fellow right wingers also again referred to me as female out of the usual right wing hate. You, like him, repeatedly made a pathetic Åss of yourself out of necessity spawned by hate.

moral relativity

You should take about moral relativity and double standards! The most Islamophobic POS on the forum and one who applauded Reagan's support of Rios-Montt who killed 200,000 Ixils. Your self hate and threats of suicide cannot be more obvious.

By contrast, I have to tell you a story that took place today: I went to a soccer match and sat next to a lady whose grandson was playing on our community team. The lady commended me on my knowledge of the sport and thought I either played or coached the sport in the past. I did not. Instead, I have been a fan of the sport for 50 years. When I told her my age she expressed astonishment because she mistook me for a much younger man. She said I barely look 40 years of age when, in fact, I am 60. While my temples are grayish, there is not a single wrinkle on my forehead or around my eyes. I have a full head of darkish hair. When I attend a sports event I have to produce ID in order to get a senior discount because nobody believes I am a senior.

While people like you are so full of hate, especially self hate and you attempt to tear down others in the hope that they can be reduced to your level, I affirm life. I was quite flattered that the lady thought I wasn't even 40 years of age. A neighbor told me she has known for for 20 years and in all that time my appearances has not changed by one iota. And that is a very nice thing to hear.

No suicide for me. No self hate for me. You got yourself a problem and you keep revealing more and more about your low self esteem on this forum each and every day. I sincerely hope you won't commit suicide but your repeated threats are so obvious that it is utterly pathetic. You have my sympathies.

Woulda, coulda, shoulda, we wanted him and there was nothing to negotiate. Only the naive thought he had any choices other than the following two. He made his choice, life in a federal prison or death.

Another thing that has not changed is your ability to comprehend - He was a planner for attacks against the US govt -That includes you by the way - The plane that had the underwear bomber carried 300 passengers - would have been Canada's Lockerbie - as such he was a legitimate target for killing or capture.

Lies.

More lies.

All you have is lies.

Who cares liar?

I tear into you, because there is absolutely nothing left to do with you here.

You certainly aren't here to discuss. You've been proven wrong so many times, only to say the same stupid lies over and over. Like the three whoopers at the beginning of this very post of yours. I did think you were a chick, until I was corrected. I'm not Islamophobic. And I've never supported Reagan in anyway shape or form.

All lies, and unless you can prove any of your claims, that is all they are, lies.

No suicide for me. No self hate for me. You got yourself a problem and you keep revealing more and more about your low self esteem on this forum each and every day. Again, lies, and misrepresentation of the facts, no surprise there, it's all you have.

Weren't you warned by the Mods about your insinuations of suicide?

Yes, yes you were.

Tsk tsk, those double standards just keep biting you in the ass.

What the hell are you talking about? The underwear bomber had nothing to do with General Rios-Montt and his genocide against Ixils.

All lies, and unless you can prove any of your claims, that is all they are, lies.

Yeah, that's why you're the one who's been banned so many times.

those double standards just keep biting you in the ass.
You were warned against your repeated name calling, insinuations, and provocation but that never stopped you. So keep your horsepoop moralisms to yourself.

Yemen: No Evidence Awlaki Was Actually Killed

US drones are praised by officials for their reliability, but quite often high-profile militants reported slain have turned up later, unharmed. Though this hasn’t happened yet in the case of cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, the Yemeni government is reporting they don’t have any actual evidence that Awlaki was killed either. According to security officials, the last information that have is that he was in the motorcade when the US attacked it, but two of the three cars escaped, and Awlaki’s body was never found

My my. Who to believe??

the plot thickens. Has potential for at least a few episodes of a TV drama.

So you post two posts back to back. One saying the killing of Awlaki was illegal on one thread and that he may still live in this thread. Make up your mind Breezy.

At home here? Nah... if they want to draw down they'll get whacked.
It could mean free renovations from FEMA if they blow out your windows. They could be replaced with "green" windows as a community healing jesture. If it means one less Wahabi then free "green" windows makes it well worth it.

Think about it. Boston gets chilly. Triple glaze would kick ass.

Hmmmm... it could create jobs now couldn't it? (taps finger on chin)
