Kind of a strange speech by Donald Trump at the UN today. I detected two strands. The authentic Trump i thought was the one who extolled the Nation State; national sovereignty and an end to America's role as global policeman; proponent of Global Free Market Capitalism; imposer of American culture and values on 'oppressed' states.

I watched Trump on the noon news today and what I saw sort of filled me with optimism. I think he's turned a corner. He seems to realize what the original purpose to the U.N. is and more importantly he conveyed a message to Kim Jong Un that he couldn't fail to understand....................I sure hope he doesn't have to go there but if push comes to shove I'm sure he has the balls to follow through and more importantly he may get more support from Russia and China as I'm sure they don't want to see mayhem anymore than he does.
