Poor Donnie he thought he was above the law. It is not so much
what he is trying to accomplish it is how he did it with a mean spirited

I think he was probably doing the right thing, except he should have provided for a grace period so it wouldn't happen to people while they were en route. How many incidents do we need with Muslim terrorism before the hammer drops? There's already been literally hundreds of incidents.

At the time he did, apparently it took 3 judges to decide it wasn't legal.........................and that might still be 'up in the air'. Legality is a fluid thing. Marijuana didn't used to be legal in Colorado.

It seems the first one was rushed, for whatever reason, and the lack of details caused it's defeat .
Alan Dershowitz explains that Trump’s executive order will be tied of up the courts for weeks, if not months on appeal. So if Trump is right and this is really a matter of national security, then Trump should rescind the order and start over from scratch with his new Attorney General and perhaps some members of Congress and write one that will not fail in the courts.
