Does this mean there won't be any proof that children were being hanged? Are you even going to take into account that during a war prisons will be extra busy. Being arrested probably was your trial, what charge it was pretty much set the punishment. Do Israeli snipers target people as young as 13, say like in operation cast-lead?

When you are out looking for terrorists in Gaza, any Palestinian carrying a gun is considered a terrorist, unless he/she throws it down fast. Who cares how many seats Hamas won, they are a terrorist organization.

And why does the US think they have a right to dictate terms to everybody on the planet? I say, if you want to end terrorism, nuke the Pentagon. They are the biggest terrorist organization on the planet - a bully with a really big stick.

You are bound to make enemies if you walk around threatening people with your big stick. An enemy is someone you have not tried to make friends with. Hamas exists because Israel has persecuted the Palestinians and stole their land. All we have is your (the US) word that they are the evil doers. The US is not seeing straight because they are so full of themselves, blinded by their own self righteousness. The only god that is on your side is the one you created in your own image.
That statement includes if they are even in the wrong, all that makes the US is a bully with no moral direction.
I am surprised that the UK even has restrictions on deporting criminals of any kind. few years ago it was easy to get a criminal deported to the country of the alleged crime. The law was changed recently, was it to protect their Muslin population, I have no idea, maybe. You know as well as I do that if they are beyond the law to get and important enough, Israel will do what ever is needed to bring them to justice.
You are also aware that Israel will not deport any Israeli anywhere no matter how many charges there are or the seriousness of those charges. That is blatantly keeping people from having to face justice. Perhaps kidnapping is the answer in that Israel does it whenever they wish.

As for extradition, that is not a automatic decision for any country. All countries handle it on a case by case basis.
