I believe that Conservatives don't see any of the contenders for the NDP leadership as a serious problem.
Each has their weaknesses.
Mulcair will be good in Parliament. I think. But his Quebec policies will screw him, if Canadians have even a tepid IQ......
He has consistently been against any union, cooperation, or coalition with other parties. That is a weakness, IMHO.
He is said to have a bad temper, and never forgets a slight........not much of a diplomat.
We'll see.
