That's right. That's what they tell us.
Their rights.
Oversize Man Sues White Castle Over Seats
NANUET, N.Y. - A 290-pound New York man is steaming mad at the White Castle fast-food chain, which he claims repeatedly broke promises to make the booths in his local eatery bigger.
Martin Kessman, 64, filed a lawsuit against the fast-food giant last week in Manhattan federal court, claiming that the uncomfortable booths violate the civil rights of fat people.
Kessman's lawsuit came more than two years after he complained to White Castle about the size of the booths at the Nanuet, N.Y., eatery and reportedly received a pledge that renovations would be carried out to cater for larger customers.
Sorry, but when you're too g'damn fat to fit in the regular seating arrangements at a fast food restaurant, normally someone would take that as a hint to do something about their health & weight.... not sue the business so you can get more money to stuff your fat wad.
I would have just banned him from my establishment due to health liability concerns and then the problem is solved.
If he wins I'm totally gonna go start suing for the fact that my feet don't touch the floor in any chair, in any restaurant, anywhere. If he thinks his life is uncomfortable, due to an attribute he actually has some control over, imagine what I could get for something that is totally outside of my control. Sweet.
Agreed.... I want to start suing every single place I've ever been to in my life where I cracked my head off of objects due to being so tall.
It's a friggin disability...... sure it's a disability some women find attractive, being such a tall and handsome stud that I am, but it's still a disability.
Every last human being has some control over their weight, and medical options available for help if they don't. Can everyone be small? No. But everyone has some control over it, or hand in it.
Indeed.... stop going to fast food restaurants is one step towards controlling it.
Hell, if you are at the point where you can't stand it anymore that you can't comfortably sit in the seats at a fast food restaurant and sue.... you're obviously going there too much.
Normally if something bugs you about a specific restaurant, you don't go back and go to some other restaurant.... he obviously is a regular customer here and I'd also guess that's directly related to his large ass having problems fitting into a regular seat/booth.
Hey!
That's a brilliant idea..... if you can't fit in a booth.... eat at a friggin table while sitting in a chair.
I'm 5'3"....and a 1/2. Which sometimes, when needing that extra little bit of self-esteem boost, I will fudge up to 5'4"

.....
Nothing wrong with that, I'm technically something like 6'5 1/2"... so I just round it up to an even 6'6"
It's not like it makes any real difference.... telling people that I was 6'5 1/2" tall reminded me of when I was a little kid..... "I'm 9 and a half years old"
Now a days I just say "I'm 31"
When this came out my jaw dropped...
It was almost if they were mocking. Two pieces of fried chicken with bacon and cheese and some sauce. Yikes!
I never tried it while I was in Canada, but they did introduce it here in Australia at KFC for a couple of weeks... I figured I would try it.
Though the odd thing was that they never called it the "Double Down" in Australia.... they called it "the Double"
You'd think they would have just called it the "Double Down Under" and be done with it.
Anyways, it was.... interesting.
It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.
..... one thing I do miss from North America are Wendy's Baconators..... man those were so brutal on the guts and left shoulder, but damn tasty.
And no... I'm not going to pamper you people with the fancy glorified picture of a commercial Baconator.... but instead, here's what they reall looked like:
Mmmmmm...... it's as healthy as it looks.
