Another LOLYER bites the bag...
;)

The most common rejoinder you hear these days to the charge that Big Tech is engaged in censorship is this:

They’re private companies. They can do whatever they want. The First Amendment doesn’t require them to offer you a platform.

That’s the prevailing argument of the left, and some on the right echo it to some degree, arguing that, yes, Facebook and Twitter are private and can ban who they want, but that the market should step up and make them pay a price for what they’re doing.

Except that neither argument is quite right. According to case law established in the federal judiciary, there are situations in which a private company is obligated by the First Amendment to protect the free speech of those it does business with.

As Vivek Ramaswamy and Jed Rubenfeld point out in Tuesday’s Wall Street Journal, the Supreme Court ruled in the 1973 case Norwood v. Harrison that it’s a violation of First Amendment free speech when a private company curtails free speech on provocation from the government.

OK, we'll put down another vote for whataboutery.

BLM bad, therefore, treason good.

I loved this bit: "hey didn't burn the place, loot and beat innocent people up."

Aside from no burning, they did loot (mail was stolen, a federal crime) and beat people up - police, even, who they say they should respect and totally listen to. And then there were media people, those that said "Hang Mike Pence" and the nooses that were made...

But nah, they were perfectly contrite people compared to the assholes of BLM who did do shit they shouldn't have and should be held accountable for.

Jail the blacks, but let whitey go and all that jazz.

Several Capitol Police officers have been suspended in connection with last week's fatal riot at the U.S. Capitol by protesters loyal to President Trump, Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman announced Monday evening.

Earlier, Rep. Tim Ryan, D-Ohio, had said one of the suspended officers took a selfie with a rioter, and another donned a Make America Great Again hat and "started directing people around."

Ryan chairs the House subcommittee that is investigating the police response to last Wednesday's riot. He also said that about 10 to 15 other Capitol Police officers are under investigation.

The suspensions come as investigators dig through photos and videos posted online showing much of what went on during the attack on the Capitol while Congress worked on certifying the Electoral College vote for President-elect Joe Biden.

Pittman said some of the images show "USCP officers and officials that appear to be in violation of Department regulations and policies."

Serryah full of it again...the cops WERE INVOLVED

So that justifies attacking the U.S. Capitol with the intent of preventing Congress from doing its Constitutional duty and kidnapping Senators and Representatives.

So, that leaves just one question. . .

You gonna strap up and come fight for you god-king on 20 Jan?

But it does show that both sides are responsible and both sides showed bad judgment..

However blaming Trump 100% of actions of others.. stupid

This has been ramped up all summer and this is the end result..

Everyone pouring gasoline on a slow burning fire

Boomer the wsj had to retract this because it was written BEFORE THE ATTACK OK??

Wall Street Journal Retracts Claim That Alex Jones Encouraged Capitol Storming

The Wall Street Journal has retracted a claim that InfoWars founder Alex Jones was among those encouraging the storming of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

The paper falsely stated that Jones “urged rioters attacking the Capitol to move forward,” according to the retraction.

Jones actually “urged Trump supporters not to attack police and to move to the east side of the Capitol,” the paper said.

Facts man, facts.

Didn't say the bunch carrying Trump flags were not traitors..

I said its sorta stupid to blame Trump 100% for the actions of others..

I hope everyone of those idiots are arrested and given the max 20 years..

But I would love to see that list of politicians posted earlier and Trump and Trump Jr. never serve in politics again..

The list of Democrats who should step down from politics too below

There has to be a price for hateful or inciting speach..that includes being stripped of their government pension too

Jumping off the Trump train?

No, just being a realist..

Both parties suck and are responsible for this sad day in American history..

I am so angry at what happened..its embarrassing for the USA

Its also made the USA venerable and China and Russia are watching closely.

But at this point in my life, politics is BS, money 💰 is God.

....and with enough money you buy the politicians 🤔😂
