Yabut, they're decorated so nicely, they must be pumping out eco-friendly oil.

.. That's the big difference

California is the 3rd largest oil and gas producing state and they haven't eased back on the pumps yet. It was no wonder why he was booed at the Bonn Climate Summit.

Its Zimbabwe. China probably burns more coal in five minutes than the country burns in a year.
How much of China’s coal comes from North America through the Port of Vancouver ? Two coal terminals . Are we counting the up and down stream emissions from this coal ?

Yeah, I'm really looking forward to the emerging industrial giant of Zimbabwe.

BTW Zimbabwe coal production = 2 million tonnes
China coal production = 284 million tonnes

That question has nothing to do with the topic, but since you ask 16% of Canada's coal exports go to China.

How much more from America through our coal terminals ? I see BNSF trains carrying coal heading to Roberts Bank daily . BNSF that environmentally friendly railroad owned by democrat Warren ( my secretary pays more tax than I do ) Buffet . Why are we shipping American coal through our waters ? That is the Salish Sea they are sailing through , what if there is a spill .

You're run-of-the-mill ecoweenie doesn't worry about the hypocrisy in shipping the GHGs, evil carbon and enviro problems else where... Just as long as they can pat themselves on the back that they didn't burn it
