This calls for an emergency meeting at a 1st class resort somewhere tropical to fix this terrible mess!
This is a good starting point for another conversation but we'll need more studies and audits.
The Paris Climate Accords Are Starting to Look Like Fantasy
This week, the International Energy Agency announced that carbon emissions grew 1.7 percent in 2017, after an ambiguous couple of years optimists hoped represented a leveling off, or peak; instead, we’re climbing again. Even before the new spike, not a single major industrial nation was on track to fulfill the commitments it made in the Paris treaty.

When will they do something about these carbon emissions, most major industrial nations should ignor entirely these proposed regulations, and they did, carbon is good for you,it builds healthy bones you ignorant savage

There is no global warming emergency but there is global cooling because of the present solar minimum and the accompanying degraded planetary magnetic field permitting the influx of hard GCR (galactic cosmic radiation) which has retarded/modified life on this planet many times in our past. One of the archaeological mysteries is the many thousands of cave dwellings arround the world cut out of solid stone with machines which seem to indicate very difficult surface environmental conditions. Very little else could justify the enormous effort. Global crop losses in the last two years already mean many will starve.
Earths ruling cryptocracy have taken the necessary steps to endure while warning the general population of a ficticious future and stealing our bread while they warned us 180 degress wrong.
So much for spring! Unseasonable snowfall hits NYC and New Jersey, causing commuting delays, canceling more than 200 flights and even the Yankees are forced to postpone their home opener
