What about rural Canadians who are 'to (sic) lazy and can't fix their own country[side] and expect other [municipalities] to look after them?' Do you favour the Chinese internal passports that determine in what municipality a person can work? Communist at heart. Who wudda thunk?

Where are you trying to go with the lazy farmer crack?

No....but sending money to asst would be part of it. The idea is for Trump to deal directly with the leaders of those countries........and ask/tell them to improve life there , and eliminate the need for people to runaway. There is are reasons that these places are such hell holes to live in. those reasons must be addressed. Enter the master negotiator.

And NO it isn't rocket science.

There is a deal in place with the leaders and it aint working, I like Trump's idea of making a deal with Mexico to allow him to intercept on their side of the wall and turn the illegals back before they set a foot on American soil

What do farmer's cracks have to do with anything? I think this thread has run it's course.

That's what I want to know

Border Patrol is no longer enforcing "zero tolerance" policy because there is simply nowhere to put all the prisoners.

What a joke

ORR maybe ( to repast myself) Trump should start making DEALS with the countries these people c come from........and deal with the S"SOURCE of the problem...... before it arrives on the US borders.

If he is going to cal these people INVADERS..........then deal with the invading country........

isn't he the deal maker extraordinaire........in HIS mind?? Let's see him use it. Why not meetup with the leaders of these countries ?? ......If nothing more.....he might realize just wha they are running from.

Socialism mostly. That is why they all want to get to the US.

That didn't stop them from being complete morons.

Prerequisite for a Clinton supporter.

Yep, there's two things you have to do to survive and succeed...……………...be fair and roll with the punches.

Having a bigger stick isn't a bad thing either.

Trump whines worse than an infant when you dare disagree with him.

I think that this immigrant issue is all about propaganda. Not to suggest that there is not a serious problem, but rather it is a "Feel Good" story being broadcast 24--7.... Constantly saying "This Is Not Who We Are".

Each time I see news presenters almost in tears when talking about this illegal immigrant problem, I keep asking myself as to where the tears are for the nearly one million homeless people in America? When was the last time that the homeless issue was covered 24-7 within the media? And the reason being is "This Is Who We Are".

First thing ..... it was the U.S. which destroyed any type of democratic government in El Salvador, Nicaragua and Honduras.

The United States has long considered Latin America it’s “backyard”. It has run military coups, supported the most retrograde elements of society and assassinated leaders so the US could keep the world safe for it’s process of capital appropriation and capital accumulation. The United States has overseen an empire that extracts from Latin America and whenever the Latin Americans have seen to redress this by democratically electing a leader that goes against United States wishes the US has overthrown that democracy.

Nicaragua 1978–1990: When the Sandinistas overthrew the Somoza dictatorship in 1979, the U.S. was frightened by what they thought could be another Cuba. Now, Nicaragua is one of the poorest nations in the hemisphere, with widespread illiteracy and malnutrition.
Honduras 1980’s: Honduras was basically a colony of the U.S. during the Contra war in Nicaragua.
“In 2009, the Honduran military, with the backing of the Supreme Court, illegally overthrew the elected government of President Manuel Zelaya, a populist reformer. In contrast to the governments of Latin America — many of whose histories are marred by U.S.-backed coups — the American government balked at using the term “coup” in this case, and made little effort to get Zelaya returned to power, instead pressuring Honduras’ neighbors to recognize the new government."

El Salvador 1980–92: After the U.S. helped fix an election to repress dissidents in El Salvador, the rebels turned to violence and a civil war ensued. Although the U.S. claimed to be only involved on an advisory basis 20 U.S. soldiers were killed in combat missions. The U.S. spent six billion dollars repressing this popular revolution.

MS-13 was created by unemployed immigrants in the U.S. itself and then deported to Central America after being convicted of gang violence in American courts. MS-13 had its roots and originated within American cities.

When the media is talking all day about the pain endured by illegal immigrants, it totally ignores the pain endured by American citizens left devastated by a Corporatist Democracy.
