It's an ignorant misrepresentation to blame Trudeau and the Liberals for this. It was a judicial decision, not a political decision, the executive branch of the government had nothing to do with it.
Nice story.... too bad about the lack of even a single verifiable detail, but thanks anyway.
Not sure what the point of it is, regardless...
Actually they did. The court never set a dollar figure. That was trudOWE.The court case wasn't even completed yet.

What happened to you only vacationing in Canada from now on? lmao
Them are just ugly crows....
I'm sure you're trying to make some point but I can't for the life of me figure out what it might be. Settle down and try and develop some coherence, you sound like a fool.https://www.theglobeandmail.com/new...ays-man-was-wrongly-convicted/article1381214/
Sometimes it pays just to keep your f**king trap closed until all leads have been checked out.![]()

I'm not familiar with these dozens of cases so not sure...maybe new, relevant and compelling evidence?? Did any of these overturned convictions involve cases where people admitted to the crime and entered guilty pleas?
.
His point would basically be about you, for all intents and purposes, calling him a liar concerning the man wrongfully jailed for 30 years.
I gather you have been living under a rock. JLM specifically mentioned David Milgaard. Are you saying you have no idea who that is?
I thanked him/her for the story and asked several times what the relevance of it was relating to the courts definition of reasonable doubt. Maybe you could help, want to take a stab at it boss??
Nope. Not saying that, just wondering what the point is. Guess I'm going to have to keep wondering. Thanks for...uh. .. nothing.

You're correct there...
But the list of facts about Omar do not change...
Trudeau has spent billions on stupid shit... what's 10 million..
Guilt does nay matter, goodale sez khadr earned the $10mil because his charter rights were violated, I had no idea our charter protected us even if we take up arms against us in support of an enemy.
Hafta ponder the political spin if he had blown a canuck imbedded with u.s. troops to smitherines. Libs are expert at selling outhouse aromas as lavender but I feel rewarding a canuck for killing a canuck would challenge even trudough n' his hacks. Treason in canuckstan pays really well n' I'm sure the khadr clan appreciates our support.
Actually, it would have been in consultation with the Government lawyers.
I think a lot of people have to back up a step. In my mind Mr. Khadr hasn't been proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of killing anyone and apparently there is physical evidence to back this up.
Then he'll hardly be the first innocent punished in the U.S. Or Canada. Or Britain. Or any other country except the one in your head. What if Omar Khadr isn’t guilty?
