If a rocket is fired at an Israeli settlement in Palestine from Palestine is still counted as a rocket attack on Israel?

Hmm, ah yes, since Israel means enlightened one, as opposed to us unenlightened gentiles, yes certainly Israel is where Israel walks. Those Palestinians or Turks or whatever are guilty.

JTF: I support all victims of war crimes and oppose all war crimes. From my viewpoint, an Israeli war crime victim is no different that a Palestinian one. I blame the war criminals on both sides for their actions.

MHz, A number of suspicious "car bombs" in Syria left similar shaped craters too.

For comparison, an image of the results of the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing, which was known to be a car bomb:

No crater. Suspicious but not conclusive. Bombs can be made of many materials/designs, that affect the results/

Just the opposite, it was a bomb from above and only one side could have 'done it' considering what 'it' was.

Overpressure. There aren't many explosive that can leave a crater if packed into a car.

The United States and Israel seem to be losing the hearts and minds of Gazans... can anyone figure out why?

The IDF appears to be targeting the homes of people of interest in order. While its possible they are at home, at a minimum they are killing their friends and families. That sort of retribution is normally off limits for the mafia, biker gangs and most other criminal organizations...

IMO, targeting civilians is targeting civilians. This is no different than a rocket aimed in the direction of a city.

From what I understand the Israelis are literally calling ahead and letting them know to evacuate. Just what I was reading.
This is much different than Cast Lead.
The Israeli's would be fools to enter Gaza.

So today the Palestinian Association of Hamilton (Ontario) held a rally to protest the brutal Israeli violence rained down on the people of Gaza. To promote the event, they used a heartrending picture of an innocent Palestinian baby bloodily injured by the Israeli war machine’s indiscriminate bombing raids on Gaza.
Unfortunately, the innocent Palestinian baby turns out to be an innocent Israeli baby bloodily injured by Palestinian rockets in the Hamas attack on Kiryat Malachi.
Oh, well. Close enough for the western media.

In that operation they broadcast the location of safe zones then once people got there then they bombed the places.

Liar.

Hey ***rackenfracken***. this is what started the 'revolt'.

Watch the language and personal insults. Andem has made this very clear. Next time = ban.

Jerusalem (CNN) -- A 13-year-old Palestinian boy in Gaza was fatally shot Thursday, the Gaza Health Ministry said.
A spokesman for the ministry accused the Israel Defense Forces of killing the boy. "Hameed Abu Daqqa was killed by an Israeli military helicopter after being shot in the head while playing football with his friends east of Khan Younis," ministry spokesman Ashraf al-Qidra told CNN.

Additional info from WRH.

"This is what started the violence. Shooting a child who is playing soccer from a helicopter is a brutal and inhumane act. It was clearly intended to provoke a reaction by the Palestinians, who react to the murder of their children in exactly the same way you would. The Palestinians shot at the IDF soldiers. Israel retaliated by shooting two more children, then opened fire on the funeral for one of them. Each act by Israel was intended to provoke the maximum rage in the families of the victims. Meanwhile, in the United States, all we saw on ABCNNBBCBSFOX was *****gate, and the first news about Israel and Gaza reported to the American audience was when Gaza fired some rockets into Israel and was portrayed as the unreasonable aggressor who started it all."

Hamas' charter calls for the creation of an Islamic state in the territory that is now Gaza, Israel, and the West Bank, i.e. the destruction of Israel. I find it hard to be sympathetic, or to believe reports of Israeli atrocities from people with the destruction of Israel on their agenda.

And somebody taking their land by force is is A OK?

It's their's. They can set up whatever they want but Palestine is probably the most westernized and moderate of the Muzzies and it wouldn't fly so don't expect to see Hamas last past Exodus 2.0 if it ever happens.

The destruction of Israel could be resending the UN recognition that they themselves signed and have failed to live up to.

United Nations General Assembly Resolution 273 (III)

May 11, 1949
In the fall of 1948, Israel had applied for membership in the United Nations but failed to win the necessary majority in the Security Council. In the spring of 1949, the application was renewed This time, armistice agreements having been signed between Israel and Egypt, Jordan and Lebanon, Israel was admitted by 37 votes in favour, 12 against, with 9 abstentions. The text of the Resolution of admission follows: Having received the report of the Security Council on the application of Israel for membership in the United Nations, Noting that, in the judgment of the Security Council, Israel is a peace-loving State and is able and willing to carry out the obligations contained in the Charter,
Noting that the Security Council has recommended to the General Assembly that it admit Israel to membership in the United Nations,
Noting furthermore the declaration by the State of Israel that it "unreservedly accepts the obligations of the United Nations Charter and undertakes to honour them from the day when it becomes a Member of the United Nations",
Recalling its resolutions of 29 November 1947 and 11 December 1948 and taking note of the declarations and explanations made by the representatives of the Government of Israel before the Ad Hoc Political Committee in respect of the implementation of the said resolutions,
The General Assembly
Acting in discharge of its functions under Article 4 of the Charter and rule 125 of its rules of procedure,
1. Decides that Israel is a peace-loving State which accepts the obligations contained in the Charter and is able and willing to carry out those obligations;
2. Decides to admit Israel to membership in the United Nations.

Not a huge surprise, should we cover the killing of somebody attending a meeting that has peace as it's main topic, by all means. That alone shows how immoral they have become, that you fail to comprehend that just means your brain no longer works properly.
