It requires an all white jury to render a correct decision.

.

In this particular case, perhaps.

Because no one has become more bound up in identity politics to the exclusion of reason than have Native peoples in this country.

That is the result of 150 years and more of isolation, white racism, mistreatment, and being treated like children.

It can only be fixed over time by bringing them into the greater community.

Sacrificing some Saskatchewan farmer is not the way to do it.

What an astonishing thing for you to say.

Exactly what PET said in the late 1960s.

The two of you are wrong, but he came to understand why. You never will.

First Nations will never be equal to white settlers and everyone knows it. This is why the current Trudeau is trying to "create a new legal framework".

The Canadian legal framework (or Just Society if you prefer) is only for Canadians - and First Nations will never be that.

Um. . . question from ig'nant Indun here. If "First Nations will never be equal to white settlers," what good is a new legal framework gonna do?

PET sat up one day in parliament and said "the First Nations have always been treated differently because of the Indian Act, therefore we will abolish the Indian Act and declare that from now on First Nations are equal under the law. Problem solved."

But for some unknown reason just saying they were equal did not make it so.

It did, however, allow the government to say, well, we don't need any special programs for First Nations, because they are equal, and we don't have the programs for other Canadians, therefore..."

Free passes for every Native criminal.
Mandatory Native only jury for Native criminal.
Mandatory Native only jury for any white criminal.
Even if convicted, Native criminal can only be sentenced to healing circle for 3 days.

Ahhh more hysterics.
Actually, it would have been a lot better if PET had scrapped the Indian Act.
But he didn't. Him and Cretin messed up, because we will never get rid of it now.
Have to wonder if you ever actually publish a truthful statement, Mr. Ignore. :)

There's a big difference between being equal and having equal rights, privileges and responsibilities!

As I said, if Gerald Stanley comes within 5 feet of me, I’ll fire a warning shot at him..

As he already has killed someone I suppose I can say I called him a murderer he got angered and came after me.. self defense had to kill him.

Now I doubt I will ever meet the man, but please be in Texas if I ever do.

Easy, you simpering bit of human idiocy.

The defense used their discretionary challenge to remove those they thought would be biased, as is necessary to have a fair trial.

The Prosecution also has the same rights to discretionary challenges for their specific benefit.

It's not a 1-way street as the usual suspects would contend

There as many Flips as FNs in SK.

Are Filipinos being racially mistreated?

Why weren't there any Filipino jurors?

Hey Trudy, Flips weren't on the Jury. Where is the inclusive framework?

SK (Regina especially) is leading Canadian cities and Provinces in drawing international immigrants.

Where were the Chinese, Brown, and Jamaican Jurors.

We need an overnight framework.
