So you are so tough you are going to shoot him in the face , with what your night rag ?

I’m sitting here at the Fuel America in Laredo, Texas.. why don’t you approach my truck and find out PiGS... I would LOVE that... please. Oh please, you’re another idiot that deserves a bullet in the face.

Obviously, you are paying no attention to the evidence. Funny that he would come up with such an unlikely story.............and then the evidence would back his version up completely.

Go back and read the post I pointed out to you.

Remember the standard is "reasonable doubt".

Oh, and it is not against the law to point a gun at an armed person involved in criminal activity.

Okay Colpy let’s say his gun discharged by accident..

Do you agree in Canada it’s a felony to point a firearm a another person?

So where was this guys gun pointing when he fired it?

...or misfired

Working you probably didn't follow this to close Court, Prosecution and Defence contended that it was not unlawful for Gerald to fire the 2 warning shots at the perps, accidental discharge happened while Stanley was trying to wrestle the keys from the ignition in the SUV that Colton was trying to put in gear. Reaching in with his left hand holding the pistol in his right hand leaning in the drivers window wrestling with Colton and a pipe (turned out to be the loaded .22) the pistol just went off.

You can fire a warning shot into someone's face.

As long as he's an indian. And you're white.

And you live in Saskatchewan.

No. Nothing is a felony crime in Canada.

You're splitting hairs there, Pete. It's not officially labelled a "felony" in Canada- but murder anywhere in the world is still a felony. (Just another word for serious crime)

I think Stanley could probably use a little more support in this matter. Unlike the perps he was doing something constructive like building a fence when this shit got started. Maybe some folks have lost track but afterall HE was the victim!

You can only believe beyond a reasonable doubt that Stanley fired the final shot into Boushie's head if you totally ignore the evidence.

Which, thankfully, 12 good men and women on the jury did not ignore, only to be branded "racists" by post modernist morons, including the current government..

I've posted the relevant evidence. Here;

The only question that remains is why are you ignoring it?

Have never one time said the verdict is wrong.

Have said the jury was all white.

You may continue to ignore that.

Nobody really cares about what you have to say on it.

And....you don't mention the jury here, you just jump on the identity politics bandwagon and condemn by insinuation the verdict.

While insulting the residents of a particular province.

Your posts are completely contradictory.

Good for you.

Except.....if the verdict was just, then the fact the jury was all white is irrelevant.

You would have needed to be able to process information in order to get what I was saying.

In fact the composition of the jury is the entire point - and therefore it is entirely consistent that you would not get it.

Only if you are a racist, and believe an all-white jury is unlikely to deliver a just verdict.

What ever happened to "A Canadian is a Canadian, is a Canadian"?
HOw could that saying result in an all white jury, you blockhead.

Easy, you simpering bit of human idiocy.

The defense used their discretionary challenge to remove those they thought would be biased, as is necessary to have a fair trial.

They may have removed people by race, we really don't know, as no reason is given.

And even if they did, the almost unanimous reaction of Native people to the verdict, and the correctness of that verdict proves them correct in doing so

It requires an all white jury to render a correct decision.

You could not more convincingly prove the racism of this trial if you were trying.
