There is one trait in particular that sure pisses me off about some religions (denominations) and that is their ability to impose and not mind their own business.
If a denominaton has tambourines, picket signs, snakes, rum spitting, animal gods or don't eat pork, it's not for me.
No wafers at my church. It's bascially whole wheat bannock. Along with some dijon it goes good with the long pork.
And in turn, Christians and those who defend christians are equally judged by the equal amount of examples of retards in their fold...
Witch burnings, torturing demons from people, drownings, Holy Crusade that killed countless over a rotten old board that was stolen which was presumed to be the original cross Jesus died on......
Oh, but that was many centuries ago.... Christianity have grown since then to be a peaceful, loving religion...... Sure.... who want creationism in public schools because that's the most logical explanation to life to teach our children, who blow up abortion clinics, shoot abortion doctors, who think they're the second coming of Jesus and have a stand off with police in their compound with their brainwashed followers whom burn to death, rather than turn themselves over & give up. Or how about all their priests & bishops molesting children, or getting all their good christian friends to gather together with their picket signs and protest at soldier's funerals because they were gay and they died because God thought they were sinners, regardless if they died defending their country and their right to be jackasses.
Or how every single Christian does all of the above... and even more I haven't even touched on.
You know, since that's how Muslims are being judged in here..... Every single Muslim must do all of the evil things mentioned in this thread... So every single Christian does all of the above I posted, regardless of what sect of Christianity they're a part of, how long ago it happened, or where in the world it occurred.
Christians can't even heed their own teachings, don't acknowledge their own faults, and if they do, they just ask their imaginary God for forgiveness and they can go right back to what they were doing before without consequence, cuz they're good, god fearing folk who can beat some guy to death for wearing a dress, but so long as they confess their sins to God before they die, they get a free ticket to heaven.
