The link that I have found and posted above actually deals with non-fake body parts. Takes the fake thing out of it.

In the above link, the 17 year old girl in the shower is technically legally still a child (I’m assuming without knowing California’s laws), and the other person in the woman’s shower room, technically has a real penis.

The person that is not the 17 year old girl in the woman’s locker room must identify as a woman with a penis, which, in other circumstances is irrelevant unless it’s dangling out I’m assuming further than the fake nipples on the fake boobs at the shop teacher.

When the girl (the 17 year old girl as opposed to the adult) brings this up with the management she is reprimanded… sort of like the students at the school in Ontario, who are threatened not to take pictures of that Boobalicious shop teacher.

When the girl is hiding in the shower, she’s not the person wandering around with their (neutral pronoun) penis out, I’m assuming she (the 17-year-old girl) probably isn’t thinking, “I wonder what gender that person self identifies as?” or the adult (with a penis) isn’t singing the “I self identify as a woman” song.

Should the child (legally) have been reprimanded? Was the YMCA correct or incorrect in reprimanding her? If so why?

“As I was showering after my workout I saw a naked male in the women’s locker room,’ she told the Santee City Council. “I immediately went back into the shower, terrified, and hid behind their flimsy excuse for a curtain until he was gone.”

Philips (the 17 yr old girl) said the policy of allowing trans women in the female locker rooms should be changed — adding she was especially worried her 5-year-old sister could be exposed to naked trans women at the YMCA, the Daily Mail reported.

Should she not have been concerned about her five year old sister (who I’m assuming was also in the building?) who could’ve walked into the same locker room like she stated in the above link? Does that make the 17 year old girl a bad person?

I’ve just googled and found this with respect to California: When a child reaches the age of majority he or she is considered an adult. In California the age of majority is 18 (CA Family Code 6500-6502).

OK. The closest I could find to remove the “fake” boobs out of the above debate.
Here’s another, but Canadian:

Canada is home to some of the world’s first jurisdictions to certify transgender status through a lens of “self-identification.” Just 10 years ago, Canadian citizens were not able to legally change their gender until they could furnish evidence of sex reassignment surgery.

“Each individual knows their own gender best, and today, I am proud that our government is recognizing this by taking landmark action,” was how the policy was announced by Grace Lore, B.C.’s then-parliamentary secretary for gender equity.

Another Canadian trans issue has garnered international attention after B.C. transgender woman Brigid Klyne-Simpson told local media of being “extremely devastated” after being denied access to a women-only gym.

After being welcomed as a member, Klyne-Simpson was told to stick to the gym’s mixed-gender areas and not to use its women-only fitness centre and change rooms. Speaking to CHEK News, owner Dale Nagra said Bodyworks has transgender clients, but that they’ve simply stuck to the co-ed gym.

“We want (trans people) to be comfortable, but we also have to worry about the young girls that this gym is set up for and the women, and how are their parents gonna feel that they’re in there, then this person walks in with a male voice and big person,” Nagra said, adding that the purpose of a women-only gym goes away if it’s suddenly open to anyone who can say “OK, I identify as a woman, and I want to be able to go in there.”

(I think Dale Nagra is dancing around the word ‘Penis’ with the “Big Person with a Make Voice” above)

The CHEK story hinted that Klyne-Simpson could take the case before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, a body that does indeed encourage British Columbians to file complaints in instances where they are “denied services” over the issue of “gender identity or expression.”

If the tribunal were to take the case and rule in Klyne-Simpson’s favour, the B.C. Human Rights Code could empower the body to order Bodyworks to reverse its policy and also to provide monetary compensation to Klyne-Simpson “for injury to dignity, feelings and self respect.”

The B.C. provincial government has already come down on the side of Klyne-Simpson. “Trans people deserve to feel safe, welcome & affirmed for who they are. Trans women are women — period,” Kelli Paddon, B.C.’s Parliamentary Secretary for Gender Equity, wrote in a Friday statement posted to social media. The women and girls using that same woman’s shower & change room though? Meh….

As of Monday, the Bodyworks Fitness story has been picked up by two British newspapers, as well as mentions in Spanish and German-language press.

Aretha Franklin song controversy sparked by apparent parody account
Author of the article:Denette Wilford
Published Jan 23, 2023 • 1 minute read

A Twitter account that made headlines for suggesting Aretha Franklin’s hit (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman is offensive to trans people is reportedly a parody account.

The Twitter account @TransMindful caused a firestorm of sorts for suggesting recently that Franklin’s hit “puerpetuates multiple harmful anti-trans stereotypes and is “offensive” in helping to feed harmful anti-transgender stereotypes.

Turns out, it was seemingly all a joke.

“This is a parody account,” the person behind the Twitter account told iHeartRadio.ca via direct message. “Never imagined anyone would take it seriously lol.”

The account is purported to belong to the Norway-based Trans Cultural Mindfulness Alliance (TCMA).

“There is no such thing as a ‘natural’ woman,” a tweet from the account said on Jan. 20. “This song has helped inspire acts of harm against transgender women. TCMA is requesting it is removed from Spotify & Apple Music.”

The group exclusively comprised of trans individuals and work towards “promoting cultural changes to ensure the inclusivity of trans individuals.”

Since its formation a few weeks ago, TCMA has tweeted about the gender identities of pets and children as young as four, boycotting Zara and H&M for separating their clothing by gender, and the ban of YouPorn for using the word “shemale.”

On Monday, a TCMA tweet said: “For clarification, the TCMA is not a parody organization.”

Even Piers Morgan was caught up in it all.

“OK. That’s it,” Morgan tweeted. “It’s time to tell these woke wastrels to f— off and end this nonsense.”

Always fun to watch the self-important get all wrapped around an axle, regardless of "side."

I'm surprised ol' Piers didn't give himself an aneurism screaming "Groomers!" Now THAT's a missed opportunity!

Your opinion Dix, your opinion..
Actual biology serryah, actual biology.

I love how when science and facts don't suit the left, they become 'opinion'.

A trans woman is not a biological woman. Despite some pretty rediculous arguments from the left, there are in fact biological differences between men and women.

Some suggest we should CALL them women despite that not being quite true because of various reasons. And that may be something people choose to do - but it doesn't make Dix's statement wrong.

Some choose to refer to trans women as specifically "trans women" (meaning a male that's transitioned to female vs a biological female) and that's accurate too. But thats' not the same as actually BEING a woman biologically.

I'm a proponent of being accepting to trans people generally and tend to refer to trans women as 'she' and trans males as 'he'. But - we will NOT move their rights forward as a society by demanding that people lie. We do NOT improve people's rights by denying truths.

It is not an opinion. A trans woman isn't a woman. They're a trans woman. We can decide that we're going to pretend otherwise for various reasons but that's the truth.
