Nice to meet smart people, I think your post re the cops is bang on. I couldn't do their job either. See you are from N. Alberta, I've travelled that country quite a bit, have a son who spent a lot of time in High Level and Zama, beautiful country around Peace River- have a friend who lived in VAlleyview for years.
