So our favorite Jewish Space Lazers lady is trying to reintroduce her "Protect Children’s Innocence Act" again. Basically it's a Bill to stop gender health care to anyone under 18, under the guise of "protecting" kids.
There's a problem with it though (beyond it being total BS and a lie that it's to protect kids, and based on lies to boot). It says that there can be no blockers used on kids at all, unless it's for:
“(B) EXCEPTION.—Subparagraph (A) shall not apply to the following individuals:
“(i) An individual with both ovarian and testicular tissue.
“(ii) An individual with respect to whom a physician has determined through genetic or biochemical testing that the individual does not have normal sex chromosome structure, sex steroid hormone production, or sex steroid hormone action.
“(iii) An individual experiencing infection, disease, injury, or disorder caused or exacerbated by previous gender transition procedures.
“(iv) An individual suffering from a physical disorder, physical injury, or physical illness that would, as certified by a physician, place the individual in imminent danger of death or impairment of a major bodily function unless the procedure is performed.
The problem here is similar to what docs are facing in places like Texas where the law on Roe/Wade is so vague that they're scared to perform even abortions allowed by state law.
Hormone/puberty blockers/inhibitors are used in Trans care as an 'off label' care. Their REAL use is meant for Precious Puberty and Sort Stature ("idiopathic short stature") in kids. For both conditions, there isn't really an obvious cause.
"The cause of precocious puberty often can't be found. Rarely, certain conditions, such as infections, hormone disorders, tumors, brain abnormalities or injuries, may cause precocious puberty. Treatment for precocious puberty typically includes medication to delay further development."
www.mayoclinic.org
"Short stature for which there is no underlying cause (called "idiopathic short stature") is defined by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as when a child's height is two standard deviations from the mean or when the predicted height."
Short statue is typically diagnosed when a child's height is two standard deviations from the mean for his or her age and gender. Learn about causes and treatment.

Since there is NO "underlying cause" or "cause that can't be found", this puts in jeopardy any kid who needs the blockers/inhibitors to deal with the medical issues.
There's a focus on "sex chromosome structure" and just "Sex" in general, but nothing about illnesses that have no "obvious" causes. Kids won't die if they don't have the blockers/inhibitors, but they'll suffer socially/mentally (likely depression/anxiety and/or suicide considering the 'difference' between them and 'normal' kids). They're kids that aren't affected by anything trans. Neither is an ovarian or testicular issue. It's an issue mostly with the brain.
Setting trans kids aside for the moment, how is it fair that these kids have to suffer because of some BS excuse from people about 'protecting kids' when they don't give a damn about protecting kids?
