As for my hairstyle, there are three reasons for me:
1. It is a bold fashion statement
2. Laziness. I had to keep it short anyway, and shaving my head once a week was easier (and cheaper) than the bother of getting a regular haircut. Metrosexual I ain't.
3. Looking like a "six foot dick" means anyone in conflict with you worries more about getting f&*ked. That's a good thing.
I use this every time I shave, but without the plastic spacer, actually takes less time than shaving

I thought the meme was alluding to the fact that students opinions on gun control amounted to "crying" - which is entirely in keeping with the NRA standard tactic of blaming and ridiculing survivors and their families.
The last time there was an uprising against rampant gun abuse, the NRA fought back with a vengeance and won. They are positively satanic in nature.
A gunmaker once tried to reform itself. The NRA nearly destroyed it.

"Unethical" is too soft a word. In my six plus decades on this Earth, I have discovered that evil is a real and tangible thing, not just an abstraction, not just an opinion. It is a real force and perhaps you too will come to realize it. The NRA actively undermines, destroys a once-great republic that was once the hope of the world.
Further disinformation from the Florida shooting - after finding out that the armed deputies who did not enter the school during the shooting believed that the shooting was taking place outside we now are told that the erstwhile "hero" teacher actually locked student out of the class leaving them to face whatever.
As with all gun-related stories it is sad and hopeless.

And one day you'll understand that what's in the media is often inaccurate. Both the good and the bad. They try to be cool and jump the gun on reporting what happened. They have even been known to embellish the story! The rule of thumb is, for events of this nature, the truth takes a while to surface. Be patient. Wait.
