It doesn't matter how many tragedies you go through they never get much easier. Quebec has certainly had more than its share, I would guess one or two a year of similar or greater proportions. I guess Lac Megantic was one of the more recent ones and probably the worst in recent years. It's almost like Quebec is jinxed.
