Pork chops in Cajun spice mix (homestyle), raw veggies (celery, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower), baked spuds. Too full for dessert. Maybe an apple later.

Tender, moist, fall apart as you slice it pork roast with gravy made from the drippings, mashed potatoes and carrot fries. With homemade powdered sugar and cinnamon donuts for dessert.

Always loved mom's pumpkin pie. No one could match her home made pie crusts. She had a secret ingredient. She use just a sprinkle of vinegar in the dough mix. Miss mom's cooking on the holidays .
