A warning shot, obviously the attacker was not on top of her, or restraining her.. her life was not in imminent danger. She could back away.. with the hand gun pointed at the attacker..

If he then punched her, grabbed her physically, grabbed for the gun, if she had cuts and bruises to show that she was being attacked then, killed the attacker.. she would not be sitting in jail..

Zimmerman was not stalking, not in any sense of the word, and certainly not legally.

There is no evidence GZ confronted TM, in fact, quite the opposite.

A witness saw Zimmerman up close seconds after the shot, and he was injured.

The article was about tackling problems. How many think a trial is gong to correct those issues.
As to the OJ trial I am sure they questions did arise.
The similarities are there- Black V White -

These 'problems' have been around or as long as man has walked the Earth. There will always be differences in the identity of the combatants, based on race, ethnicity, religion, height, eye color, etc... It really depends on how far you want to take the analysis.

What I find absolutely disgraceful is how the Prosecution and MSM made their end-game to be based on the implied racism on behalf of Zimmerman. There are 2 travesties here; first that this boy lost his life, and second, that elements within society push to fuel the racial tensions.
