It's not legal. The $$ planned parenthood receives is from Medicaid reimbursements. Reimbursements are paid to them for medical services such as breast exams, STI prevention, vasectomies, cervical cancer care, birth control etc, AFTER YHE CARE HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
