Trump Jealous of Women's March Turnout

Trump = Left

Trump overstates inauguration crowd as Women's March appears to draw bigger turnout

There were early signs across the U.S. that the number of people who attended the Women's March on Washington in Saturday could top those who gathered on Friday to watch U.S. President Donald Trump's inauguration.

But as over a million people around the world protested in solidarity with events in Washington, both the president and his press secretary took aim at the media for "attempts to lessen the enthusiasm of the inauguration" and claimed a bigger turnout than the available data suggests.

The U.S. capital's metro subway stations and train cars were full in many locations, while ridership on Friday was well off the numbers from Barack Obama's first inaugural.

As of 11 a.m. Saturday, 275,000 people had taken trips on the city's subway system. Interim D.C. Police Chief Peter Newsham said on Independence Avenue, "The crowd stretches so far that there's no room left to march."

Gloria Steinem - How The CIA Used Feminism To Destabilize Society

New Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) said Tuesday that President-elect Donald Trump is “being really dumb” by taking on the intelligence community and its assessments on Russia’s cyber activities.

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.

“So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he’s being really dumb to do this.”

We've had to put up with all the sore losers for the past 8 years of the Obama admin and now you have to put up with the sore losers for the next 8 years. Too bad, eh. The irony is palatable.

Honestly I liked Obama's message of change, but in the end he was to soft of a man to make it happen

Women’s March Is The Largest Protest In US History

President Trump wound up fulfilling his promise that his inauguration would break records, just probably not in the way he had in mind. The Women’s March, an anti-Trump protest aimed at standing up for women’s rights, is now estimated to be the largest one-day protest in United States history.
Based on numbers tallied by UConn professor Jeremy Pressman, the current total estimate of those who attended the marches (excluding those who demonstrated in other countries) sits between 3.2 million and 4.2 million. The numbers are only expected to increase as more accurate numbers pour in.
For context, here is how the Women’s March numbers stack up against some of America’s largest protests:
Martin Luther King’s March on Washington DC (1963), where he gave the historic “I Have a Dream” speech: 250,000
Anti-Vietnam war protest in Washington DC (1969) – 500,000-600,000
Anti-Nuclear March in NYC Central Park (1982) – 1 million
March on Washington DC for Lesbian, Gay, and Bi Equal Rights and Liberation (1993) – Between 800,000 and 1 million
Protest against the Iraq War in cities across America (2003) – 500,000
Women’s March in cities across America (2017) – 3.1 million.
Pressman’s up-to-date numbers can be found here.

How come it's usually mostly fat chicks and lesbians who show up for women's issues protests?

I don't think these rallies are about Trump per say. This is about the feminist dislike for men in general. Lesbians can't stand men, and fat chicks would rather eat pie than have sex.
and you sound like some fat white dude living on Cheetos and diet pop, wanking off to internet porn in your parents basement.

There's possibly a little truth in what you say. I think most confident well adjusted women don't have the time or the inclination to engage in most protests. There is a positive aspect to this protest and a lot of irony. The fact that a million women are able to protest for an entire day tying up thousands of acres of real estate w/o sanction actually speaks well for the country and the law book.

Yea, Trump has a lot of fight in him. It's true cannuk.

You need that to make change happen.

Trump is the best thing that has happened to the U.S. since Harry Truman, although he is far from perfect and I think he could clean up his vocabulary a lot. A lot of people forget that ability to do the job is # 1 and work ethic is # 2.
