You are saying the exact same thing, that "climate" is just weather. You are simply trying to redefine "weather" to only apply to your capriciously arbitrary time interval.

Yeah, but is it really us that's the cause? Do we know the rate of glacial retreat during previous warming phases prior to human existence? Why is Mars also currently going through a global warming phase?
The glacier calving in Greenland has 2 causes. Warner magma is flowing under the land and that is transferring heat to the ice. If it was warming from the top the lakes and steams would be flowing across the top of the ice instead if flowing down through the ice where it meets the ground as liquid water. More snow inland puts weight there and that weight pushed ice towards the coast. The Rockies get it's magma flow from the Pacific Rift unless you think the sun is warming the air at 10,000 ft yet doing nothing to the air or water at lower elevations. You would have to be part of Disneyland before that could happen.

And after some people have offed themselves because of winter depression (which actually sounds like people trying to squeeze the government for money), spring arrives, sending the cold back to Siberia or BC or wherever.
Repeat.
That's climate change.
