Tossed salad, meat balls, baked potato, peas.

I love liver, especially with bacon & lots of onion :)

Me too, but no one else in the family eats liver and I haven't pushed the issue for several years as I was told it was sky high with cholesterol..................if you can believe that sh*t! :) Upon second thought I think I'm going to go buy 1/2 lb. of calves liver and fry it up with some onions! Gotta live once in awhile!

I'll have to compensate by laying off the head cheese for awhile.

Your purported diet over these few years should have killed you by now. You must exercise like an Olympian.

I was at the doctor's office two weeks ago and weighed 148 lbs. I was 147 lbs as a high school sophomore. :)

yesterday, had a fantastic roast pork platter for Christmas dinner (a long standing family tradition) - had plenty of leftovers and used the pork meat to make a soup with rice & veggies ~ very savory :)

Christmas left overs which will likely be the fare for the rest of the week and then I'll build a turkey soup! :)

Fish 'n Chips 'n Ceasar salad ...

... cooked and served two turkey dinners, this year. One for the immediate family on Christmas day and one for an elderly relative and other extended family in orbit around him on Boxing Day (we took that one on the road, pre-cooked)

ABT tonight (anything but turkey).
