Pakistan maintains their own well-trained Army. Incase you haven't been following the news, they've been dealing with things on their side of the border since 2001.
RESPONSE: Pakistan is a military dictatorship, propped up by Americans, so of course they have a well trained army. And no, they haven't been dealing with things on their side of the border. That's why 'the enemy' get away. The dictator's army is not loved by the independant Pashtuns (among others) who do not recognize the borders or pay homage to that vicious dictator.
