No. It was a defamation case. If he was lying, the plaintiff would have won.
The judge basically said he was babbling nonsense, and anybody with a functioning brain knew it.

It wasn't Carlson that made the claims - he simply provided the video. Take it for what it is... after all he is a "pundit" who usually uses his opinion & hyperbole to get the information across - you know, so that the Leftists understand what he's actually saying?

Um the Dems have stated for many elections that they lost over the years that the those elections were "stolen" - guess that's ok. Ms. Clinton still says to this day that the 2016 election was "stolen" and no one says a word. How silly are people anyway?Exactly!
