I tuned in and out of CNN last night and they must have spent at least 75% of the day's coverage on this one tweet. This at a time when North Korea, Syria, health care, travel restrictions, trade, coal, nuclear power and infrastructure all were topics with major news worthy developments.

The standard mantra of Trump being 'unpresidential' or 'insensitive' was deemed more critical to the American public than all of these other issues which actually affected their lives. This is standard for the media and political establishments; to elevate an utterly trivial issue into some kind of symbolic bete noire of Trump.

It didn't work in the election campaign and its not working here. Everyone realizes Trump wakes up in some kind of altered attack mode state in the morning, throws out a bunch of irrelevant tweets and then gets on with his promised agenda.

Maybe we can just all agree that Donald Trump is not a 'sensitive guy' but seems to be proving himself to be a capable and effective President and leave it at that.

People's feelings are hurt. Narcissistic people don't give a shit about anything else but their feelings. CNN. Understand that.
