I'm honestly completely amazed that they are still pushing so hard for a DPA for SNC. It's astounding that they haven't gotten the message yet, despite all the legal advise and controversy, that not only are they not entitled to it, but it would be illegal, unethical, not to mention against public sentiment to push the Director of Public Prosecution to change their ruling. The fact that they aren't abandoning their course of action, and that they're holding onto such a legally flawed and publicly admonished process just shows how monumentally clueless they are.
