Kim will never give up his Nukes and why should he? Best the world just welcome him to the nuclear community and be done with it. Considering some of the other members, I think it rather hypocritical that North Korea be denied nuclear capability while they are closely guarding their own. And, the US needs to get their military out of South Korea.
