I do not have to prove it. It was imposed on the provinces without negotiation or any discussion or calculation. It was simply a take it or leave it offer.
So? 6% still beats nothing.

The Provinces are not exactly happy and, in fact, there is talk of legal action by the Provinces for violation of the Health Act.

It certainly does not appear to be enough given the changing demographic and the costs of new drugs and medical procedures.
Like I said, speculation. And all the grumbling did when Martin pulled the rug out from under the provinces did nothing either. And at least Harpy didn't dump a larger percentage of burden on the provinces, like Martin did.

That is exactly what Harper has done.
Flat out bullsh|t

At least Harper doesn't hate half of his countrymen. I can't say the same about the leader of the United States.

You can be forgiven for not knowing Harper's tendencies. He is on record as being determined to destroy liberalism and Liberals in Canada. That is, anyone who disagrees with his own neoliberal agenda.

In other words, hatred for almost two thirds of the Canadian population.
He has, in the past, been less careful of his words. He has expressed hatred for homosexuals, for feminists and feminism. Actually, for quite a number of identifiable groups.

He was a memebr of the Northern Foundation which was composed of neo Nazi intellectuals and Social Darwinists. In his early days he used skinhead members of that group for security for himself and Manning.

Canadians have no idea of the piece of work they have as their "leader."

There really is no point in talking to you about this. You refise to look at the simple fact.

When will one of you try to rebut my statements. Health care cost increases are made up of: inflation, population increase, costs of new drug and other treatments, invasive and non invasive. And, from a changing demographic that is somewhat more costly.

Not one of you has even tried to refute that in your smart alecky infantilism.

6% almost certainly does not cover it. Less than that in five years is a deliberate push along the path to the end of federal involvement, and, of course, to Healthcare since the provinces do not have the capacity to generate the needed revenues.

This is the declared intention of Harper as was made explicit when it was adopted as Reform Party policy on 1989.

There is nothing sane to rebutt.

I know you are desperately back-pedaling, but what you said was that Harper wanted to cut Federal involvement in health care, and eventually get the Feds out of it all together, as was Reform Party policy in 1989.

There are three untruths in your contention. The truth of the matter is:

1. Harper is not cutting Federal involvement in Health Care.

2. Harper is not trying to get the Federal gov't out of Health Care.

3. The Reform Party never had a policy to completely remove the feds from health care.

Now, to be taken seriously, you need to disprove the above three points, which you can not do.

It is PUT UP or SHUT UP time.

Can't do it, can you???

You have now proven you are a liar and an idiot.

When digging a hole, ensure that you are not in it.

If you take a look at the Reform Party Caucus statement of 1989, written by Harper, you will find exactly that.

You really are just a blusterer and you will need more than bluster if you want to continue these exchanges.

As for the first two pints, I have already laid out that case and I am waiting for a rational rebuttal.
