A 100% of which leaves you speechless, except for unsupported and idiotic crap that you spew on an unsuspecting world. And, needless to say, all your posts are worth less than one tenth of your monicker.

Look whose talking.

From you the stupid just keeps coming.

''As for "Tea Baggers", they have been nothing respectful to President Obama, they don't have to use the race card.''

But nobody does it more often than they do. And the right does it more than the left.

Gopher - i posted a question for you on Obama but you have failed to answer - no surprise - it is somewhat simple but clearly above your weight to understand

now to the topic at hand

A Red Neck - sign out - For Hire - a Black man applies - the red neck states - I don't hire nxxx here.

Liberal puts the same sign out - Black man applies - told the job is filled.

Now who would you trust for an honest answer to any question posed?

''Calling a person redneck and teabagger is every bit as offensive as calling a person a ni66er.''

That's as phony as it gets from yukonjackoff. In case he didn't know it, the teabaggers gave that name to themselves.

They even wear hats to open declare what they are. The rest of that post is too phony to even answer.

To be fair Harper has made some moves towards recognizing Quebec as a nation and recognizing our First Peoples, just as the NDp has made some efforts to recognize Quebec autonomy with regards to the language issue for example.

As i've said in other posts Machjo, Harper has lost all sense of the Canadian nation as a sovereign Federal structure.

I think he views Canada as some kind of abstract entity of economic convenience in service to Global financial and trading interests.

We are really dealing with a very average intellect here, formed of a mealy minded mess of supply/demand graphs, and neoliberal mumbo jumbo.. and little else.. certainly no integral vision of Canada.. or patriotism of any discernable measure.

And everyone knows the NDP is so lost in sentiment driven, politically correct sophistry that they are utterly incapable of conceiving any viable Canadian construct.

I hate the word racism: it is overused in almost every context. People forget that it is a form of bigotry and apply "racism" as a label, where they should be using bigotry. A Frenchman who hates all Englishmen because of their nationality (or vice versa) is a bigot not a racist. A "white" person who espouses hatred of a non-white group because of their skin-tone is also a bigot (although in this case racist could correctly probably be used). This may seem like nit-picking to some but incorrect usage of language is one of the key causes of miscommunication that leads to conflicts: people get pissed off when someone takes their point the "wrong" way but who's fault is it when they are the ones mis-using language?

Now as to the subject of bigotry, I don't hold that there are valid distinctions between racism and other forms of it. The political left and right are both guilty of harbouring and even encouraging it at various times. Its not the sole property of any point on the political spectrum. Its not something that one extreme uses more than the other, although it is more prevalent on the extremes, where compromises are harder to find and vitriol runs deep.

Looking at that photo, age etc. I could bet each one is a Democrat.
Funny thing is that from where Canadians stand, the Democrats are right wing and Republicans are extreme right wing. The only left wing centrist you have had in the last 50 years or more was Ralph Nader.

I've heard that and you know what... there is no difference between Canada's and the US's left and right. I know some of you folk's say that but our left here in Boston would give your left a run for the money. You all say the same things. The same with your right and center. Everyone sounds similiar.

I've been on here quite some time and I've heard from both sides, it's all the same.
