No....actually, it is less prone to use "labels" than most of the live media we are exposed to via the telie.

Whether an intervention of some sort will take place is uncertain.....but the beating of the drums is there. Maybe it is just a lot of noise to keep Iran on guard. and on the defensive. There is really no telling what goes on in the underbelly of the political systems , let alone the motives and plans.

Did you read that article? The troops are in Kuwait to support Iraq, not threaten Iran. And in any case - a brigade? Iran is estimated to have an army of over 500,000.

You're right, an Iraq style invasion of Iran is unlikely. Bunker Buster and Special Forces strikes, on the other hand, could happen.

Possibly. But I expect Obama is more than wary about poking a stick into that hornet's nest.

The military deployment of US-NATO forces is occurring in several regions of the World simultaneously.

Militarization at the global level is instrumented through the US military's Unified Command structure: the entire planet is divided up into geographic Combatant Commands under the control of the Pentagon. According to (former) NATO Commander General Wesley Clark, the Pentagon’s military road-map consists of a sequence of war theaters: “[The] five-year campaign plan [includes]... a total of seven countries, beginning with Iraq, then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia and Sudan.”

The Pentagon’s global military design is one of world conquest.

A War on Iran has been on the drawing board of The Pentagon since 2004.

Iran's alleged nuclear weapons programme is the pretext and the justification. Tehran is also identified as a "State sponsor of terrorism", for allegedly supporting the Al Qaeda network.

In recent developments, what is unfolding is an integrated attack plan on Iran led by the US, with the participation of the United Kingdom and Israel.

While the media

Global Warfare: Targeting Iran: Preparing for World War III

can the naysayers about an action in / against Iran say that with absolute certainty??

I guess, we shall all see. The empire is moving into a WW3 situation. It's lackeys , the UK and Isreal are showing support for same.

HOW this would go down is anyone's guess.........but with all the drone bases in active mode now...... it seems reasonable to presume they will play an active role.

It would take thousands of air strikes, bunker busters and small nukes to take out the large number of sites. Nukes due to the depth of some of the targets.

Better idea to take out their oil and gas facilities - No oil - No Gas = No Money.

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel test-fired a missile from a military base on Wednesday, two days after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned of the "direct and heavy threat" posed by Iran's nuclear program.

The noon launch near Tel Aviv, which had not been announced in advance, coincided with a week-long surge of speculation in local media that Netanyahu was working to secure cabinet consensus for an attack on Israel's arch-foe.

They (Israel) have to hit before it's operational or we'll have another melt down going. One is enough right now thanks Nutlessyahoo.

It will be interesting to see who is the puppet and who is the puppet master. Will the US be able to reign in the Israelis from starting Armageddon or will they willfully egg it on?

Netanyahu Orders Investigation into Leaked Plans to Attack Iran
Two former Israeli intelligence officials, Meir Dagan and Yuval Diskin, are reportedly suspected of leaking to prevent attack

by John Glaser, November 03, 2011

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered an investigation into alleged leaks of plans to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, according to reports.
The main suspects for the leak are the former heads of Israel’s intelligence agencies the Mossad and the Shin Bet, Meir Dagan and Yuval Diskin respectively. Netanyahu purportedly suspects that the two former agents leaked the information in an attempt to thwart an effort by him and Defense Minister Ehud Barak to push for a unilateral, preemptive attack on Iran

Most of that is equipment etc from Iraq - They have to be out by end year.

They can never leave Iraq unless they butcher the remaining Iraqis and destroy Iran. No puppet Iraqi government will last more than a week without US occupation. Do not be forgetting the mercenaries by the hundreds of thousands.

Israel does not have to attack that which it already controls, politically and economically.

Don't think there is any intention of the empire leaving Iraq. It will remain there via its massive embassy, and many military bases.

All the talk about leaving is just that. One has to read the fine print and between the lines to figure out what the empire will do in reality. Because the empire is skilled in labels and branding.....it is just a matter of time before it gives their continued presence a name. Something that the sheeple will find psychologically acceptable..

It is there to stay , in one form or another.

That type of control has never stopped the US though (Iraq after Gulf I). Probably do it just to reduce their rising unemployment rate.

Exactly. Also these war efforts are a bizarre type of "population " control too. Heck Iraq has over a hundred thousand less people to feed , house and sustain now. (and that is only Iraq)

Since many of the refugees took refuge in Iran shouldn't the UN be giving Iran money to feed and house them, after all this was originally a UN sanctioned invasion? Probably be denied as they would be 'accused' of running away from 'freedom'.

Tim King Salem-News.com Nothing like full-blown hypocrisy for a new national image.

(SALEM) - "This was not depleted uranium, it was actually slightly enriched uranium, which was fairly astonishing, it was not something that we really expected, and it led us to believe that the modern military systems use a whole new set of weapons which contain or produce enriched uranium, for various reasons we're not entirely sure about."
Professor Chris Busby, from the School of Biomedical Science, University of Ulster, believes that the United States severely overstepped the boundaries of international law and is the likely suspect in the use of not just deadly depleted uranium, a growing subject in the world, but actual U-235 enriched weapons-grade uranium from a neutron bomb[1].
