So let me get this straight. If I am watching the cops arrest a guy... I have a better chance of getting a "wood shampoo" than they guy they are arresting?
We are talking about the Toronto Police riot here. Did you watch any of the videos where they herded hundreds of innocent bystanders and beat the crap out of them?
If you are witness to cops beating someone on the street and you make a complain on the spot, you are likely to get your ass kicked.

Beat the crap out of hundreds? Really?

My mistake.

Oh yeah, if you are watching a police beat down and say...

"Hey... what the F***! You can't do that!"

... expect pain.

Good thing that person who recorded the cop kicking the guy in the face had the courage to man up in real life. One less bad cop.[/B].

And what exactly is it that you would have me do, not being an eye witness in real time or place to the event?

Name a few "good things" other than the basics of allegedly protecting citizens and their property.

Does the name Janice Armstrong ring a bell?

If you smuggle cocaine for the Canadian Govt they'll buy you one of these.

Just don't get caught growing dope in it or they'll take it back.

It's not like there isn't any evidence of police going nuts at the Toronto G20. 1100 people arrested and hauled off to a make shift jail, humiliated and punished for being on the streets during a lawful protest. I dare anyone to watch these videos and tell me there were no violations of Charter Rights or police brutality.

When I see it I step up. I record what happens and if it's violence against women or children, I step in. I'm not scared of being arrested or whupped, I've been through that before. But I don't cower because a criminal wears a badge.

The Trolling here is just soooo beyond having gotten old. I just
got back, & am closing this Thread 'till I've had a chance to read
through it. When I'm done, I'll re-open the Thread.

If you've personally attacked another member, or quoted such, or
are just being a pain in the arse troll....or have swallowed the bait
of one....your posts might not be intact when the Thread is
re-opened.

Ummmmm- so this "criminal who wears a badge" has been tried and convicted in a court of law has he? So if he's already been tried and convicted why would you pursue it further unless it's for a new charge?

I think you are suppose to find youtube video which are totally unedited and unbiased. They you play judge and jury, but only if you are capable of convicting the police officer. Then you show up at the next protest ready to spit in officer's face and throw rocks so you can martyr yourself when they arrest you.

Ofcourse, make sure you resist arrest, so when the officer beats on you, someone can film, edit, and post it on youtube.

Yep, a lot of these protesters are just trying to convince themselves as much as anyone. If what they are protesting is so important, why am I always hearing that most protesters attend all protests? Do they ever raise money for their "cause"?

Tried and convicted because someone stepped up, not because someone minded their own business and scurried the baseboards hoping to remain unnoticed.

And some people will not believe what is going on until the black jack slams against their head and their face meets the pavement.
