some quotes from this thread:
Germany's wartime treatment of the Jews figured prominently in the Nuremberg trials. In their condemnation of the defendants, the Allies gave special emphasis to the alleged extermination of six million European Jews.
The fact remains that when the smoke cleared, there were approximately 5.7 million Jews missing from Nazi-occupied Europe.
The simple fact is that the most respected historians on earth agree that there were close to six million Jews murdered by the Germans
Auschwitz 1.4 million deaths X 85% or 1.2 million Jews
Treblinka 870,000 deaths X 85% or 740,000 Jews
Belzek 600,000 deaths X 85% or 510,000 Jews
Jasenovak 600,000 deaths X 85% or (Few Jews)
Chelmno 320,000 deaths X 85% or 272,000 Jews
Majdanek 360,000 deaths X 85% or 306,000 Jews
Sobibor 250,000 deaths X 85% or 212,000 Jews
.the Germans murdered millions of Jews.
finally wulfie made this observation:
the Nazis murdered Jews, as well as homosexuals, communists, trade union organizers, as well as anyone else who might have disagreed with them. There is historical record of the Brown Shirts in the '30s using physical intimidation tactics on political opponents. There is no disputing that the Nazis murdered millions of people (the irony is they probably murdered more Slavs in eastern Europe, whom they also considered "untermensch" or sub human, like the Jews but we always seem to fixate on the Jews...
Which begs the question "Why?"
I also posted about our WW II criminals, our recent war criminals, one of whom won re-election in the US after he committed his crimes and I gave my opinion regarding why the Holocaust has become more commonly perceived as a crime against Jews than a crime against humanity. The current relevancy of the Holocaust is as a means to stifle criticism of ongoing Zionist war crimes and crimes against humanity.
It looks like my last point struck a nerve with those who support Zionist war crimes and crimes against humanity.
