The Dems must be wary now that the truth is about to come out despite the MSM's efforts to tar Trump! Hopefully, this will bite them and the Clintons in the a$$.

So now you know why the left likes social media so much.More than half of the Facebook's users in the United States were exposed to Russian attempts to sow discord before and after the 2016 presidential election, a company executive will tell lawmakers Tuesday, while arguing that the reach of the campaign was still limited given the platform's massive scale. Google and Twitter will also disclose that the Russian influence campaign stretched beyond what they've previously discussed publicly.

clever of Russia.....they know which medium to use to reach the most Americans. To many tupophelses the traditional media is "fake news" and social media is the "real news ;-)
seems that things have gotten very twisted in the good ol' USA.
POTUS c an lie through his teeth and they believe him yet call FACTS.........fake facts
All this makes them very vulnerable to disinformation ..and being manipulated.
Could be a fun time for political junkies, Cap.

SO lying to the FBI is a crime? Never heard of being under oath when talking to a cop.
Putin's no fool. He got good value for his money.Almost immediately after Hillary Clinton campaign emails were hacked, Russians turned to Donald Trump —and not his Republican opponents — to try to use the documents against her.
Russians shopped Clinton emails to Trump, not Cruz, Kasich | McClatchy Washington Bureau
The timeline of all this is getting clearer.
Hmm. . . apparently, the Special Counsel is now the "MSM."The Dems must be wary now that the truth is about to come out despite the MSM's efforts to tar Trump! Hopefully, this will bite them and the Clintons in the a$$.

Um. . . yes, it is. Always has been.SO lying to the FBI is a crime? Never heard of being under oath when talking to a cop.
Acksherly, that last one is a crime. The thing is there is nothing wrong or illegal about being a lobbyist for Russia or anyone else. That is perfectly ok. But you want to claim that income on your taxes for obvious reasons. And federal authorities question you about possible Russian influence on the election you don't withhold the it.
That makes you a criminal. Not being the lobbyist - but hiding it
Not meeting the russians for dirt on Hillary - but lying about it.
The Manafort thing is pretty much a side issue. Of the various charges against him, the only one that has any particular relevance to Trump is failing to register as a foreign agent, a violation of a law that has been prosecuted all of six times in the last half century, producing one conviction. In the event that Trump employed a professional accounting firm that provided him with the advice that is now the subject of investigation, Trump may well have the opportunity to place the blame on the service provider and remove himself (somewhat) from being the direct target

Pretty thin gruel. This gun ain't smoking, it's chewing bubblegum.
The Papadopoulos situation may produce something relevant and damaging, but hasn't yet.
There is an upside. The rich and powerful need to be held to account for their misdeeds. It will inevitably be expensive, because they have the means and motive to dance a pretty fancy fandango. But it's essential to society that they be brought to account. In the end, the amount of energy and resources that are expended on these files is nothing more than a waste of time and money
He got a massive benefit. The sanctions are not significant. Putin has effectively sidelined the U.S. for four years.Re Putin getting good valuer for his money.
