I just want EAO to tell me what autopsy all this is based on.
So far he's told us that it was based on a preliminary by the Israeli pathologist, but that isn't true, since this was their official release...
This afternoon (Sunday, 24 February 2013), at the National Center for Forensic Medicine, an autopsy was performed on the body of Arafat Jaradat by Prof. Yehuda Hiss, in the presence of Prof. Arnon Afek, Director of the Health Administration at the Ministry of Health, and Palestinian pathologist Dr. Saber Aloul. During the autopsy, no signs of external trauma were found apart from those pertaining to resuscitation [attempts] and a small graze on the right side of his chest. No evidence of disease was found during the autopsy. Two internal hemorrhages were detected, one on the shoulder and one on the right side of the chest. Two ribs were broken, which may indicate resuscitation attempts. The initial findings cannot determine the cause of death. At this stage, until microscopic and toxicology reports are in, the cause of death cannot be tied to the autopsy findings.”

In order for someone to be a "terrorist" they would have had to have committed or plotted to commit an act of "terrorism".

Throwing rocks is not an act of terrorism even if the allegation is true. Jaradat was never convicted of anything in any court of law and not accused of committing a terrorist act. So CB's claims he was a terrorist is BS, unless he can link Arafat Jaradat to some act of terrorism.
Any source which claims Arafat Jaradat was a terrorist is therefore unreliable.
Just before Arafat Jaradat died, he told his lawyer he had serious pains in his back and other parts of his body because he was being beaten up and hanged for many long hours while he was being investigated. Then a couple days later, Arafat Jaradat is dead from unknown causes???
The Israelis interrogators/torturers who were present when Arafat Jaradat collapsed and died stated he appeared to die of a heart attack. That's an extremely unlikely cause of death for a healthy 30 year old. Question: Why would they come to that extremely unlikely conclusion???
The Israeli doctors who performed the autopsy did not determine the cause of death. He listed the cause as unknown and only noted minor injuries which could be explained by resuscitation efforts. But it was known that Arafat Jaradat also had minor back injuries from a previous incident where he was hit by a tear gas canister during a protest. How did the Israeli doctors miss that injury?? Also they never reported any problems with Arafat Jaradat's heart and arteries which were healthy and showed no sign of a heart attack.
Palestinian doctors who were present during the autopsy claim Arafat Jaradat had 6 broken bones in the neck, back, arms and leg. They also claim they saw bruises on his face, chest, back and inside his mouth. Injuries consistent with severe beatings just as Arafat Jaradat claimed he suffered just before he died. Even if true, these injuries don't explain Arafat Jaradat's death.
Healthy 30 year olds rarely just collapse and die. In the rare cases when that happens, a cause of death is usually proved during the autopsy. Drowning during a waterboarding session would be consistent with Arafat Jaradat's claims he was being tortured, why his captors would attempt to resuscitate him, why they would claim he died of a heart attack and why the autopsy did not determine a cause of death.

The Public Committee Against Torture in Israel (PCATI) believes that torture and ill treatment of any kind and under all circumstances is incompatible with the moral values of democracy and the rule of law. PCATI advocates for all persons - Israelis, Palestinians, labor immigrants and other foreigners in Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories (OPT) – in order to protect them from torture and ill treatment by the Israeli interrogation and law enforcement authorities....
Here is what they claim:
Until the 1999 High Court of Justice ruling of 1999, the Israeli security forces tortured thousands of Palestinian detainees each year. According to PCATI's estimates, almost all interrogees during this period of time were the victims of at least one form of torture during their interrogation.
The GSS interrogation process was not regulated in law but was conducted according to the recommendations of the Landau Commission. Only a part of the Landau Commission report has been published, the section detailing interrogation methods remains classified.
Methods of interrogation and torture used by the GSS included:
Binding in painful position for hours over consecutive days while covering the head of the interrogee with a wet, foul-smelling sack.
Beating.
Shaking (shaking the body and head of the detainee back and forth by a GSS agent who grabs the interrogee by the shoulders or shirt).
