The accusation that the ISM aided a terrorist group has to do with a single incident where the IDF was chasing a member of the Islamic Jihad after curfew through the streets of Jenin during a rainstorm and he ducked into the same building as the Red Cross, MSF and ISM. Someone from the ISM offered the "terrorist" a towel to dry off. The Israeli propaganda service twisted the incident into the ISM aiding terrorists. Technically handing someone a towel so they can dry off is a form of help, but its not like they were helping them fire missiles at Israel.

Spin it how you want, but it's pretty clear they didn't want the anti-seal activists getting close enough to record what was going on, to use it to lobby Russia and other countries to stop the seal hunt.

The sealers basic argument is that people can't see what happens in slaughterhouses, so why should they get to see what happens on the ice floes.

And they are right to a certain extent. The visibility of the slaughter is one of the main reasons why the seal hunt is targeted disproportionately.

But enough sidetracking.

Yet you have no problems with the people who defend running women over with bulldozers, demolishing people's homes, soldiers abducting children and using them to block bullets and search for explosive devices, murder children on their way to school and a long list of horrendous war crimes....

The ISM works with these organizations to embrace non-violent resistance techniques rather than commit war crimes against Israeli civilians. The ISM does not advocate or support violence, terrorism and all the other unfounded accusations leveled at them by people who support Israeli war criminals and terrorists.

I support the ISM's efforts to help Palestinian war criminals to embrace non-violent resistance and stop committing war crimes.

Maybe if some other organizations tried to work with Israeli war criminals to help them stop committing war crimes, maybe this conflict could be resolved by peaceful means.
