Obviously, even basic math is beyond you.

$40 a year x 5 million members is 200 million dollars a year. From dues alone. Their budget is $350 million, because of dues, program fees, merchandise sales, advertising revenue, and donations.

Got that?

in 2016, the election year, the NRA donated $1,085,100 total, divided among all candidates that they supported.

Buy a calculator.
So what you are saying .....Is that 5 million people have bought and paid for the U,S government?? No limit to what such a group is allowed to buy and instead of buying one or two politicians, they bought the entire government. So much for democracy.

Image result for how much did nra spend on 2016 election?
As of Tuesday, the NRA had poured $36.3 million into the 2016 election, breaking its own record of $31.7 million from just two years before, according to data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics.Oct 12, 2016

I have a single shot coey 22 fifty years old at least ,it is strait as an arrow, every rabbit that doubted that boast lost

I learned how to shoot with that very rifle when I was a Boy Scout fifty years ago.

My groundhog elimination campaign was done with a really slick Anschutz and scope. I felt like the Jackal. The groundhogs, alas, are still with us.

Tomorrow there are about 3000 school walk outs planned by American students to protest the lack of serious progress being made on school safety.

What a refreshing change to see some actual Democratic process in this debate.

Yeah, but it often leads to ammunition shortages. The antis might think that they like that, but what they do not realize is Remington, Winchester, etc assembly lines go to three shifts, seven days a week.

Even reloaders can find it more difficult to locate components. But for Canada at least, that's when Europe comes through. Prvi Partizan, Igman, Lapua, etc. ship directly to Canada and we are less affected.

Prvi Partizan makes great brass and it is inexpensive.

In California a school teacher who is also in law enforcement accidentally discharges weapon in classroom during safety lesson.

The only casualty was the idea that teachers should be armed.

That, BTW, is 23 I think?

i agree. you should not be armed. This great responsibility is beyond the capability of your teaching skills.

The taking of life and teaching require two very different skill sets. You will find some that can excel at both but not very many of them.

Armed teachers are not what any country should strive towards.

It's an indication of just how broken the united States is that this is on the table.
