Anyway, the British/Iroquois/Canadian response was to cross the same river and burn the whole border for miles ...

So, brag away, Yanks.
The British would have never beat them 18-12 without American military strategists who were royalist to the Crown and lived right on the Canadian side of the border.

Don't brag.

YUP and so do ladders, steak knives etc etc. etc Don't you feel one stupid post deserves another?? I do. One liners, and ridiculous nonsense, just irritate me enough to reply in the same manner.

All you did was replace the gun with it's bullets and I just replaced human frailty with the item. Frailty being weakness. The biggest frailty in many humans is not knowing themselves well enough to understand they are unsafe around certain items, like guns. Most non swimmers are careful around water, just as many know they are unsafe climbing ladders.

This thread is about calling laws reducing injuries & fatalities by guns, useless. Since it has proven time after time, in country after country, not to be the case, some posts have become downright ridiculous.

Your style like many other posters here, often use such tactics. When losing an argument many here resort to this method of justifying their position. How the heck do you suppose Trump got in?? When one wants to believe against all odds and ignoring history the results are disastrous.

Leave all guns at home!!

Clearly, if you are unsafe around firearms, you should learn some firearms safety.

For goodness sake, take off the blinders!! The difference is good gun laws. Switzerland does not allows buying guns over the counter in Wall- marts

Follow up to Colpy's response

Some weapons do not need a weapon acquisition permit (Art. 10 WG):

Single-shot and multi-barreled hunting rifles and replicas of single-shot muzzle loaders
By the Federal Council designated hand bolt-action rifles, which are commonly used in off-duty and sporting gunnery recognized by the military law of 3 February 1952 and shooting clubs for hunting purposes in Switzerland
Single-shot rabbit slayer;
Compressed air and CO2 weapons that develop a muzzle energy of at least 7.5 joules, or may be confused because of their appearance with real firearms

It appears that their laws are even less restrictive than ours.

So....now you are telling me Canadian First Nations have easier access to guns the urban blacks in the USA????

You're not even dealing with reality.

Reading something into my post that wasn't there again? I didn't say that. What I said was that gun ownership among Aboriginal Canadians is higher than that for non-Aboriginals.

They did it to Niagara-on-the-Lake (then called Newark) at night in a snowstorm with a half hours notice just before Christmas. Good ole Kentuck!

Anyway, the British/Iroquois/Canadian response was to cross the same river and burn the whole border for miles ... Youngstown, Lewiston, Niagara Falls, Buffalo all burned in retaliation as well as the Tuscarora villages and all of their crops(They starved because they tried to burn out some Canadians)

So, brag away, Yanks.

And we ended up the world's single dominant military and economic superpower, and y'all ended up the li'l client state doing what it's told.

I call that a win.

If Canada is just doing what it's told, why do so many people on here complain about Trudeau?

Wednesday July 19th 10:49 AM Eastern Time

At this time in the Live Stream there are no Threads about Trudeau, even the Kadhr thread has burnt itself out with people complaining about Trudeau.

I think you mistake this American forum for a Canadian one because Trump threads still outnumber Trudeau threads. Oh wait this is a Canadian Forum, and were still a country and not a state, yet?

IMO: I think the restriction of guns and other weapons may be essential.
In addition to the implementation of the execution for the murder.

Those who suggest no execution may themselves be murderers, so they fear the turn will come to them to be executed for their crimes.

They should execute the executioners after they have executed for breaking one of God's commandments to Moses. Those executioners should be executed for their crimes, as well. Then, kill the killers of the killers of the killers of the killers of the ....

Clearly, this is the best idea that the anti-gun crowd has dreamed up in years.
