Yeah, you going build prisons to imprison a million people.. double your taxes to pay for it.. duh
I was talking about a last resort for extreme cases. Naturally you try other things first.

Silly man,1000' of Canadians own illegal guns???. Probably but under our laws, they cannot use them without being jailed or sued. We can do nothing about the idiots who worship guns above all else but our laws do stop the gung ho nitwits who want to play superman.Let me explain this to you in a very simple way.. regardless of the Canadian Laws regarding guns, there are 1000's of people in Canada that still own 'unregistered' hand guns and rifles..
The laws mean nothing..
So would you prefer having a bunch of illegal guns in Canada, or would you prefer to know where those guns are?? Loosing the regulations allow people to come forward out of the shadows.
Illegal gun market booming in British Columbia
Illegal guns in Ottawa smuggled from several U.S. states
RCMP estimate over a million unregistered guns in Canada.
(Enjoy your false security)
So, now explain the difference between the per capita homicides between the US. and Canada.......could it possibly be as a result of our laws.
Yes of course Canadians have the most rights within their own homes, but once again, you need absolute proof you had to defend yourself. That means, you do not shoot, unless you see a weapon, even if the guy is wearing a mask.No. The difference pre-existed our gun control laws.
As I remember it, only farmers, country d'wellers and natives had guns or needed guns before. Some like hunters, did buy rifles and hunt. There was not the proliferation of guns amongst city dwellers, !
Phooey......We live i a democracy and all groups can have their say. It is a consensus of all groups that run this country. The only elephants in the room are those who want to see changes that will satisfy their need to feel in charge. Well, it doesn't work that way. Many immigrants come from countries where the gun rules and it is rather short sighted to think they will approve of laws that led to their leaving their home country.Again, demographics is the elephant in the room that that progressive politically correct Liberals do not want to acknowledge...
The "gun Culture" was with us from the start..But the lack of assimilation of different ethnic groups that immigrate to Canada is fairly recent...
Orientals and different European ethnicities adapted quite well to the Canadian way of life...and they used to talk about the old country with a dreamy fondness without trying to change their new one.
But in the last 40 or 50 years we have seen a definite change in immigrant adaptation....
They seem to want to keep what they are running away from.....
The gun culture is "NEW and would be as NEFARIOUS as the US's if we did not have the laws we do.

What Ezra's guest says is true....they ban guns because of their look...
LOL .of course, but it seems many whities seem to feel blacks are not people and should not have the same rights under the constitution as a a white person.Black Man Vs. White Man Carrying AR-15 Legally

What happens when a white guy walks down the street with a AR-15 versus what happens when a black guy walks down the street with same gun and same laws. I'm in shock!
interesting and scary
The militia is regulated, not the rights of the people. "The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."
Right wingers, Tea Baggers, and Constitutionalists should be enraged because of the criminal conduct of these police.
