Our river, the Columbia, is the most dammed (damned) river on the planet. It barely flows and is controlled by the Yanks. This used to be an inland rain forest but is drying up. We used to get 20 feet of snow with -20 C and now we hardly get any and the average temp in winter is about 0. This summer is shaping up to be a great fire season. The place is a tinder box.
Too bad it has to be you that posted that as your post raises the question to how long have there been sucker programs that are only designed to keep money out of the hands of the poor."Big Oil" and the "Bank of Evil" made a huge fortune on SO2 cap and trade.
Why not do the same with CO2?

disabilitiesHow are you Walter? I certainly hope your disabilitys aren't bothering you today, hang in there man, I know you can do it.
Maybe so, but since when did the average human go out of it's way to simply commit to a sustainable development when it means harder work and less money, if it is not possible to sustain such a program without rewards and punishments. I'm no better, if something is recyclable and the bin is already at the road, I have put ithat bottle, tin or broken glass in the regular garbage. He does give greens though
in my opinion also, changing current work practices that fully commit to sustainable development would be a more logical choice as opposed to just some arbitrary tax on emmisions....
The weather is getting more unpredictable every year. We should be living as green as possible.
It never was and still isn't predictable. The weather is getting more unpredictable every year. We should be living as green as possible.
... And explain the ice free North since 2013.
