it is free.
it is free to the student - it of course is not free to provide.
but we provide it for K-12 so why not post secondary?
I could go along with taxpayers paying for some post secondary education. Any Engineering, medical, high tech, business related studies with the provision that upon graduation they ply their trade in Canada for a minimum 10 years. Liberal arts, social services, history, lawyers etc can foot their own bill.
It is about value and return for our dollar.
Good thing it wasn't a knee. Six weeks minimum just to see a specialist. Don't even know what city yet.Well, I needed a biopsy, and got to see the specialist within 5 days, because there was a concern that it was major issue.
having students graduate debt free would not change any things?
It still wouldn't change the number of seats available. Or their entrance into the club after graduationg.
