but at least ernest tubb had a pleasant way about his style, and a deeper tone, buck owens sounded
like he was shouting and it was very unpleasant.

Yep, pretty hard to beat the old song "Let's say goodbye like we said Hello".

I remember watching Brenda Lee when she was a little girl, on the grand ole opry, singing her
heart out, a wonderful big voice she had.

If I recall correctly she had a million seller by the time she was 15.

"Sudbury Saturday Night" is a good one, about on a par with "That's my pa" by Sheb Wooley.

I note with interest that a number of the performers listed as country stars were at one time considered rock and roll or pop. It is interesting to note that includes early rock and roll stars like Buddy Holly and even Elvis Presley. Presley at one time was actually banned on most country stations as were a number of those given country status.

Why there are someone said that the suicide rate goes up in direct proportion to the amount of country music listened to? I'v never heard about this kind of thing. I like country music. Think it will make our mood become quiet, relaxed. So I'd like to get some recommend about the country music.

There could be an iota of truth in that although I don't think it's directly proportional. Country music appeals to people with high emotions and the act of suicide is more based on emotions than sound reasoning. J.M.H.O.

Having talked in depth with a few persons that have considered such - The main reason was they were tired of the emotional harm that they caused within the family and friends. And that they knew deep inside that they could not get better. No matter the drugs and medical help, which is quite limited when it comes to Physiologists and Psychiatrists

They had traveled the ROAD TO HELL and worked their way back - Some did make it- Some did not make it.

Just my personal experience with some lost friends.
