I'd be interested in seeing those statistics. Then I'd point out nobody is "mostly guilty." You're either guilty or not. If, for example, 70% of young black men arrested are guilty, that does not make any given young black man 70% likely to be guilty. That is a misuse of statistics, based on malice or ignorance or both.
Guilt is proven in courts by percentages
Arresting young black men is one thing, killing unarmed young black men (or anybody else) is another. Nice try conflating the two, but no sale.
