Are you trying to compete with Hoid as to who has the fewest brain cells? You must be bored. Play with someone else.

Well, what IS it like to kill someone?

You and a cluster of other like-minded knuckle walkers seem to think that it is an option.

What you are seeing is an attempt by certain posters here to spin the story in a different direction. None of us was at the court. No one here saw the evidence. The judge did however, and he determined that Stanley's actions were justified.

Take it up with the judge, if you think the verdict was improperly ascertained.

Of course, Cliffy, this guy was on this farmers land armed but was a victim. I think you are the one that is turned around in this case.

It's not about money, it is about the principle that it is not okay to kill someone for property.

Self defence ..... maybe but even that is a stretch, legally. The very idea that you can't blow someone away to procecute your personal notion of justice is really pissing off the pistol-packing crowd because that is why they pack their pistols in the first place.

I do not think its just about killing for property. There are many crazy and selfish people in the world. Somebody is invading your home you should have the right to defend, cause you can be the one dead. I understand that people can abuse this law. none the less thats why there is a jury to decide because there can be no law that is just in all cases.

If somebody is breaking into my home, I do not know what there intentions are, so I do have to think the worst to save my family. Sure your should not try to kill just injure. But the people who break in are causing the defensive situation. They are the attackers.

I am not saying I am defending this verdict. I do not know most of the facts. But from what I read, I believe this farmer had the right to defend himself, and these kids should have known the threat before they done this. Regardless of race.

Do you really think that this farmer wanted to kill just cause he was Native. Possibly, but I believe any murder would weigh heavy on this farmers brain. He would rather kill no one.

Under the circumstances, I am not sure he even knew the race or nationality of the intruder when he fired the gun.
